Edgeio is a classified ad aggregation site that also offers ad search and ad redistribution.  It requires either an RSS/ATOM feed or manual ad entry.  They boast 100 million items from 141 countries.  The content isn’t focused.  They include everything from condos to jobs, just like you would expect from a classified ads site.

This is a newer service and the site appears a bit sluggish.  (For example, I still haven’t received my verification email yet.)  Also on the downside, they don’t make it easy to get back to the original ad.  You have to expand a listing and then click to see it.  This is a perfect opportunity for them to use some Web 2.0 trickery to simply show you a snapshot without switching pages.
