The last two weeks have been like drinking from a fire hose here.  Our goal is to be fully caught up on all transition issues in the next two weeks.  We will be adding new products and services in the next 90 days.  Look for Domain Management, SEO and Business Applications.

When I started FastWebUpdates.com in 2004, my goal was simple: provide expert website maintenance at an affordable price.  The response has been great and I have loved working with all of our customers.  Today, I’m turning over leadership to a whole new crew.

Before I introduce them, you need to know three things:

1)    Destiny is sticking around, so you’ll be getting the same great customer service and talking to the same person you’ve been talking to for about the last year.

2)    The phone number – 888-627-8888 – is staying the same.  Keep using it.

3)    Pricing and payment procedures are staying the same.

Now that that’s out of the way, let me introduce the new team: Don, Jeff and Andy.

Don Larson has designed and managed small and large websites for the past six years.  He has a particular interest in Search Engine Optimization and conducts SEO workshops with entrepreneurial groups.

Jeff Penkowski has spent the last 12 years helping customers with a variety of process and technology issues.  For the last seven, he has primarily focused on designing and implementing web applications.

Andy Martines has spent the last 18 years helping small to midsize companies improve their financial processes and operations with a focus on technology based solutions.

And me, your faithful reporter?  I’ll be sticking around in the background for the next few weeks, helping the new team get off to the right start, and then I’ll be off to a new opportunity.  Thanks to everyone for your support – I have truly enjoyed working with you.
