BizDez Solutions Is Misrepresenting FastWebUpdates.com Content

Wednesday, July 5th, 2006

It happens from time to time. I see a referrer on our logs that I don’t recognize and I check it out. Sure enough, it’s someone stealing our content. Today, I found that an Indian company with a branch in the USA, BizDez Solutions, is mispresenting our content as their own.

It’s irritating, but there’s not much I can do about it. On the other hand, I may not want to. Why?

Because these guys are linking to this blog for the full article text. So their links to FastWebUpdates.com News give this site a bit of a page rank boost.

Why do I care? A normal human reading them wouldn’t know without clicking that all of that content actually comes from this site. Since most people don’t ready carefully, they’ll never get to the point where they notice. It’s unethical. They should write their own content.
